If, for any reason, you are not: we offer a hassle-free post-purchase policy.
Eligibility Conditions
- The product must be in its original new condition, unworn with the original IYS ticket attached.
- Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Items without the IYS ticket, and/or requests submitted after 14 days: are not eligible for any post-purchase action!
- Each order is allowed one post-purchase action only (either an exchange, a refund, or both together - at once).
If you require a "mixed" request (some items exchanged, others refunded). Mixed requests are accepted only for items within the same order.
International Orders
- Currently, unfortunately, we do not process exchanges/refunds for international orders (outside Egypt).
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible to cover for all shipping fees related to approved exchange/refund requests.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a wrong item or a product with a factory defect, we offer a free exchange or full refund -based on your preference- within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
- If a factory defect appears, after use (within 30 days of receiving the item), we offer a product warranty to resolve the issue; following our standard guidelines.
In-Store Purchases (Trendy House Stores)
- Customers must keep the original IYS store receipt, and bank receipt(s) for purchases made with debit/credit card.
- Product(s) must be in new condition, unworn, and with the original IYS ticket attached.
- In-store post-purchase actions must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. With a 30-day warranty guaranteed for factory-defected items.
- In-store purchases can only be exchanged/refunded in our stores - no online actions supported.
