Product Inspection and Acceptance Policy
We prioritize ensuring that you receive our products in the best possible quality. Therefore, we have established a clear policy for the inspection and acceptance process.
Mandatory Inspection:
The customer is required to check all products while the delivery agent is present.
The inspection must be conducted while fully preserving the product's cleanliness, integrity, and original condition without damage or usage.
In Case of Rejection:
If the customer decides to reject the product after inspection for any reason, the product must be handed back immediately to the delivery agent.
In this case, the customer will only be responsible for the shipping cost, and the product price will not be charged.
Post-Acceptance and Agent's Departure:
Once the customer accepts the product, and the delivery agent departs, this constitutes final acceptance of the product and an acknowledgment that the product has been inspected, is in good condition, and matches the specifications.
Based on this prior inspection and acceptance, the customer shall not be entitled to request a return or exchange after the agent's departure.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive a wrong item, we offer a free exchange or full refund -based on your preference- within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
International Orders:
Currently, unfortunately, we do not process exchanges/refunds for international orders (outside Egypt).
